How It Works:
The first step is to determine the scope of your project:
Start off with an email or phone call containing a brief description of your drafting or designing
needs. Include your expected turnaround time, redlines or sketches in PDF or DWG format
and any documents pertaining to the work at hand.
Once I receive all of the information for your project, I will contact you with an estimated
completion time. Upon your approval of the estimated time and making a minimum 2-hour
deposit (first time users only), I immediately begin working on your project.
When the work is completed, I e-mail all the drawings and documents back to you.
The total hours worked to complete the project is then sent to you via email and the remaining
balance is due within 7 days of invoice date.
All CAD services provided are customized to suit your needs. These can be your company's
specific standards, industry standards (AIA, IESNA, IEEE, NFPA, etc.), or, I can create a
set of standards for you.
What it Costs
Current 2D DRAFTING rate is $40.00 per hour
(There is a two-hour minimum on all projects.)
These rates include all activities and time required to complete your project.
ALL payments are due in full within 7 days of the completion of work. Additional
modifications and/or revisions, not part of the original job request are not a reason for delay of
payment.
NON-DISCLOSURE
ECS follows a strict non-disclosure and confidentiality practice.
Upon payment for and confirmation receipt of the final drawings, ECS will, upon your request
destroy all your electronic files using a file shredding software. All paper documents are
shredded using an office shredder.

- Experienced with Windows (Excel, Word, Power point, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green
